Question 1:
           Is there a minimum purchase?
Answer:
           For large announcement signs there is NO minimum.
           For small theme items (props, critters, etc.) there is a minimum first order of 6 items (must be same style does not have to be same color example you can order white hearts 3 with pink it's a girl wording and 3 with blue it's a boy wording this is a total of 6 of one style).
           For NO POUND STANDS minimum order is 1 pair, stands are only sold in pairs.
 
Question 2:
           What are the signs and theme items made of?
Answer:
           Large signs are made from the highest quality MDO available, we do not purchase just any MDO from what ever source we can find, we have searched high and low to find the highest quality MDO on the market today. We then use a high quality vinyl for the details and accents on the sign. After this process we seal the sign with a crystal clear UV protectant, and where appropriate we add an edge cap. We do upon request offer our designs on 10mil corogated plastic with the edge cap, call for more details.
          Theme items (ie critters, props) are made from expanded PVC, they are cut to shape, drill for the stake and then detailed with vinyl accents. Each item includes that stake in the price no extra rods or h-frames are needed.
 
Question 3:
           Why 2 sided and can I ordered then 1 sided?
Answer:
           2 sided signs are more enjoyable for everyone, as they show graphics on both sides leaving no one looking at a blank board. The cost difference in a 1 sided sign verses a 2 sided sign is small, however if you really desire to have your sign only done on 1 side, give us a call and we can and will work to accommodate your request., and yes this will reduce the cost of the sign.
 
Question 4:
           How long will it take to get my order?
Answer:
        To ensure that the large sign you receive is in mint condition we do not keep these signs in stock they are made to order. Normal manufacturing time is 4 days per sign. However due to order volume and quanity of signs ordered we generally ship within 10 days of receiving 50 % deposit or full payment. Your confirmation e-mail will give you an expectant shipping date, if the date in the email needs to be adjusted to fit your needs please call us so we may work something out. ALL ORDERS ARE TAKEN ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. This also goes for the NO POUND stands.
        Small theme items are generally in stock and under most circumstances ship with in 4 days of order.
 
Question 5:
        How do I pay?
Answer:
        We accept all major credit cards, as well as checks and money orders. On line orders are paid through Paypal, for all other forms of payment please call. Small orders less than $600.00 are required to be paid upon placing of order. Large orders $600.01 or more require a minimum deposit of 50% with balance due before shipping. Deposits can be paid through Paypal, by check or over the phone, for deposit details please call first. For checks, all checks must clear before shipping.
 
Question 6:
          Can you do custom designs?
Answer:
           Yes, we can and do accept new design suggestions for customers. If you have something in mind call us and we will work with you do develop a new display. When designing new displays per customers suggestion, we retain all copyrights, as well as the right to sell that design. There is an extra cost involved due to time required to design the new display.
