The terms and conditions listed below are agreed upon between A Happy Day Lawn Display, Inc., doing business
through our online store at http://babysignoutlet.com (manufacturer) and You (the purchaser).
To ensure copyright protection of our designs, (THEY ARE NOT CLIPART AND ARE NOT TO BE REPRODUCED!)
and to protect those who decided to purchase a territory from babysignoutlet.com, we require that the following terms and
conditions be met and agreed upon before you may order from babysignoutlet.com.

reserve, and CAN NOT be copied, reproduced, manlipulated, changed in any way, or form.
You (the purchaser) agree not to resell any products purchased from babysignoutlet.com without A
Happy Day Lawn Display Inc.'s (manufacturer) premission, and to give A Happy Day Lawn Display, Inc. (manufacturer)
the first opportunity to repurchase said products. A Happy Day Lawn Display, Inc. (manufacturer)
shall give you (the purchaser) 10 days from date of receipt to inspect all products for manufacturing defects, manufacturer
shall accept returns for manufacturing defects within this time period. After 10 days all returns are subject to manufacturer's
acceptance. Manufacturing defects shall not include shipping damage. You (the purchaser)
shall pay for all shipping charges. Shipping will be done through FedEx, unless purchaser request another method. A Happy
Day Lawn Display, Inc. (manufacturer) shall process and ship all orders in a timely manner. Large signs are not manufactured
until time of order, Manufacturer will make it's best attempts to keep a limited number of small theme related items in
stock at all times, manufacturing small theme items as quickly as possible. Shipping time of all products shall be done in
a timely manner, generally single orders of large signs, stands or small quantities of small theme items, shipping within
15 business days of order and larger orders of large signs, stands and large quantities of theme items shipping as quickly
as possible. A Happy Day Lawn Display, Inc. (manufacturer) shall be held harmless in
regard to use of products. You (the purchaser) agree that these tems
and conditions are valid and binding.
